To purchase tickets at the Official Box Office, you must first complete an online PRE-BOOKING for the tickets. See all the information below.

Pre-booking allocations follow the ticket limits designated for the Official Box Office. They are limited and subject to availability. Due to high demand, not all users will be able to secure a reservation.

A pre-booking guarantees the right to purchase the ticket(s) at the Official Box Office. If the reservation process is not completed, the user should not go to the box office, as they will not be assisted.

To participate, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have an active Ticketmaster account and are logged in to access the virtual queue for the pre-booking corresponding to your desired date.
   

2. Select the quantity and type of ticket you wish to purchase at the Official Box Office according to availability at the time of reservation. For half-price tickets, select only the benefit type — eligibility will be verified in person at the box office. During presale, you must also enter your WEVERSE MEMBERSHIP ID.
   

3. After completing the reservation, you will receive a personal, non-transferable dynamic QR Code for each reserved ticket, along with the information about the Official Box Office. You must go to the event’s Official Box Office with the required documents — including student ID or other proof for half-price eligibility — as well as the dynamic QR Code.
   

4. Go to the Official Box Office only on the date indicated on your reservation ticket in Quentro, present the QR Codes, your data will be validated, and you will be able to complete the payment during the established opening hours.

IMPORTANT: There is no charge during the pre-booking stage. Payment will be made exclusively in person at the Official Box Office. There will be no service fee charged at the physical box office. Only those who complete the pre-booking will receive the QR Code and will be able to go to the Official Box Office to finalize the purchase.

According to the event’s age classification, people aged 16 and over may purchase tickets. However, due to legal restrictions of the platform, Ticketmaster accounts can only be created by users aged 18 or older. Therefore, the reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and may reserve tickets for third parties only as a parent or legal guardian.

• Reservation for in-person sales on April 7 – ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE (Oct 28 and 30 shows):
  Reserve on April 6 at 4:00 PM and complete the purchase on April 7 from 11:00 AM at the Official Box Office.
  

• Reservation for in-person sales on April 8 – ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE (Oct 31 show):
  Reserve on April 7 at 4:00 PM and complete the purchase on April 8 from 11:00 AM at the Official Box Office.
  

• Reservation for in-person sales on April 10 – GENERAL SALE (Oct 28, 30 and 31 shows):
  Reserve on April 9 at 4:00 PM and complete the purchase on April 10 from 11:00 AM at the Official Box Office.
